This project was a D & C project for Mechanical & Air Conditioning, The air conditioning was 2x Daikin FDYQ160KAV1 15kW ducted systems serving the office’s due to a low ceiling cavity, The mechanical ventilation to the toilets were through derby ventilators & a roof cowl.
